Returns Policy
We strive to provide customers with products worth purchasing. In the unfortunate and unexpected event that the items you purchased from our online store were not what you expected, or have a manufacturer defect, please follow the instructions below to process a return. A Guest Service Representative will promptly reply to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
1. Please email info@109tm.com to request a refund.
2. A Customer Service Representative will assess your reason for requesting a refund, and provide you with specific instructions to return ship the item(s) back to us.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
You may return an item purchased from 109tm.com within thirty (30) days of receipt of sale. Returned products must be in unused condition, in the original packaging and contain all accessories, paperwork and parts.
Please note, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be charged for returns of merchandise ordered online, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Return Exceptions
Some products may be tailored to unconventional dimensions in order to fit a particular customer’s personal or spatial needs. Requests to return items of this case will not be accepted.
Merchandise that has been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
